Job Description:

• The M & E Specialist shall be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing systems to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the agency’s programs, projects, and policies. They shall ensure that enforcement strategies and initiatives are measurable, aligned with organizational goals, and contribute to the efficient use of resources.
