the simplest way the department contributes to sustainable maintenance goals is by efficiently scheduling and tracking preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on government implemented projects. The department notifies BDIC in a timely manner when these services are due, so the BDIC team is on top of it. Staying current on our PM services helps our systems work better and more efficiently for longer time, saving money and energy as well as reducing threat along the way.
